I am starting to clean up some old videos and stumbled upon this gem. I think this may be the very first time I taught a class about young professionals utilizing the Nomad™ real estate investing strategy.
It is interesting to see how we changed teaching Nomad™ over the last 8+ years.
It uses a very early version of what would become the Real Estate Financial Planner™ software… what we used to call the Nomad™ Calculator. Here are a couple examples from the presentation.
