They’re nice. Seem stable.
One of them has great credit, strong income, and solid rental history.

The other… not so much.

But hey—they’re married, right?
They come as a package deal.

Here’s the question I ask:

“If they got divorced… would I still be comfortable renting to the weaker spouse?”

Because sometimes?

That’s exactly what happen…
