Most agents don’t mean to mislead you.
But there’s one line they repeat all the time that can be deadly for investors:
“I work with investors.”
Here’s the problem: for many agents, that just means they’ve had a client who happened to buy a house and later rented it out. Or, they’d be willing to work with investors if someone would just give them a chance.
