How to Get Down Payments for Rental Properties

A little distracted from work this morning with some personal stuff going on, but I’ve been working on getting the class scheduled for the coaching classes laid out.

I’m scheduled about halfway through July, 2023 already and I’m still not done with all the financing stuff. Ouch!

I guess that’s both good and bad… good that there’s an amazing amount of good stuff for you, but bad because I’m not able to get all of it out in a reasonable amount of time.

But, I have good news… in the meantime, this is not the first time I’ve taught the overwhelming majority of this information. In fact, I think we’ve got about 300 two-hour investment class recordings that covers just about everything from asset protection to ‘zing deals (that’s me trying to force “analyzing” to start with “z”).

In the coaching platform, I’ve pre-loaded about 60 hours of recorded training materials to give you plenty to go through while I go back and re-record some updates.

For example, while I will going through and recording new updates to this special 2 hour and 13 minute class I did on How to Get Down Payments for Rental Properties… for now I’m making it available to paying subscribers on substack below and coaching clients on the coaching platform.
