Real estate investing is get rich slow.

Typically, you’ll need a way to generate income to live on while you build wealth with real estate.

If you already have enough assets to acquire properties that generate that income, that’s great… but most folks don’t.

That means you’ll probably want to either:

  1. Get a job that provides you income to live on (which you build wealth with real estate).

    1. And maybe this job provides you some capital to make investing easier as well, but you can—with added effort and risk—do it without capital.

  2. Or, become a real estate entrepreneur and generate income via real estate entrepreneurship.

    1. This involves initiating a real estate business focused on strategies for quick financial returns, such as brokerage, wholesaling, flipping, and creative financing methods like 'subject to,' owner-financing, lease-options, and option auctions. This is really just a job in the real estate field.

Then, invest for more passive cash flow and wealth building with other strategies (real estate or otherwise).
