Some people—maybe you—procrastinate because they make things more difficult in their mind. Some people—maybe you—procrastinate because you don’t think the task will be rewarding.
David D Burns in his book Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy suggests using a sheet to test these predictions/limiting beliefs.
To assist real estate investors that may be experiencing procrastination, I created a variation of what he suggests using and pre-populated it with the tasks you might have if you were to buy your first rental property. However, you should edit it to address whatever you’re procrastinating on personally.
Problem With Procrastination

The problem with procrastination is that we often know exactly what we ought to do, but just don’t do it.
It is not enough to know what to do. You must take action and actually do what you ought to do.
